AGING: Natural Sweet White wine made macerated with green walnuts and fortified with grapes alcohol.

ELEVATION: 900m to 1,200m above the Mediterranean Sea

TERROIR: Calcareous-Clay and Clay-Silty-Limestone.

TASTING NOTE

APPEARANCE: An amber color bright and clear with brown reflections.

NOSE: A pure floral nose that evolves towards ripe citrus and exotic fruits.

PALATE: On the palate, the "Vinoix" is a Sweet wine with notes of cedars and an expressive aromatic complexity that evolves towards a fresh and very satisfying finish.

ALCOHOLIC STRENGTH: 20%

FOOD PAIRING: Vinoix can be served fresh as an aperitif, digestive or as a dessert wine. It also goes perfectly with a fine cigar. It is made according to a secret recipe from the Touma family passed down from generation to generation.
