TASTING NOTE

AAPPEARANCE: A brilliant and clear purplish pink color.

NOSE: A pure and pronounced nose of red fruit, strawberry and raspberry.

PALATE: On the palate, "Saint Elie Rosé" is a dry, serious and generous rosé wine with an exceptional freshness. A full mouth full of red fruits mostly raspberry. Very balanced acidity with a fruity taste and an exceptional finish.
