TASTING NOTE
APPEARANCE: An attractive robe, brilliant and clear with an intense slightly purplish ruby color.
NOSE: A clean nose, pronounced and fruity with hints of strawberries, blueberries, and grenadine
PALATE: A dry and fresh red wine with a pleasant acidity that perfectly balances its fruity notes. A structured wine without the aggressive tannins but with an impressive and outstanding mouthfeel.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Nine of Château Heritage is an un-oaked wine designed for the easy and casual drinking. Cinsault gives this wine its warmth and softness whilst Cabernet-Sauvignon and Syrah gives it its structure, color and freshness. The other varieties play the role of "salt and pepper”.
