Delivery Instructions

It is our main purpose to provide the wines of Chateau Heritage to our clients in Germany at the best price possible. As such, the prices listed on the site were carefully calculated to reflecte the cost of the wine following the trip from the Bekaa-Valley of Lebanon all the way to our storage in Germany. For the delivery of the wines within Germany, we have elected to use the services of HERMES for the fast and most secure mean of delivery. In order to provide our clients with the best price possible, we did not integrate the cost of the shipping within Germany in the cost of the wine bottles. We however, are relaying with all transparency the expenses that HERMES charges to perform the deliveries. In order to facilitate the choice, the following is a table listing the shipping costs as required by HERMES including the cost of the required carton boxes. This table is included to provide you the available options and to allow you to decide on the best way of shipping that fits your purpose. Since we have to repack all orders into stable shipping boxes, you can combine them freely within the box. It is advisable to observe the three-step steps in which the boxes are assembled (3, 6, 9, 12, 15 or 18 bottles), but this is not a requirement as you can choose any number of bottles that you require.

For orders that are larger than 72-bottles, you are kindly requested to contact us at +49(0)9144-3829588 in order to evaluate the shipping costs that are highly dependent on the location and zip code to where the wines will be shipped to.

All orders will usually be processed within 24 hours from the date of final confirmation. As a general rule, HERMES needs two to three days for delivery within Germany.

Upon delivery, you are requested to kindly check the wine bottles for any visible damages. In general, and with all the procedures that HERMES adopts for shipping, breakage of the glass bottles is no longer possible, however it could happen in extreme cases. If you find any damages after unpacking, please take a photo of the damage and contact us immediately in order to work on the settlement and the resolution of the problem.
